Therapy or Coaching?

Let’s find what is right for you because you deserve life-long results, not temporary bandaids.

Coaching…

Coaching is a space for intentional growth, clarity, and forward movement.

While therapy often focuses on healing, processing, and understanding deeper emotional patterns, coaching is centered more on the present and future — where you are now, where you want to go, and how to move toward that vision in a practical and aligned way.

My coaching approach is collaborative, insight-oriented, and action-focused. I help clients identify what may be keeping them stuck, clarify their goals and values, and develop sustainable strategies for growth, decision-making, confidence, and accountability.

Together, we may focus on:

  • creating meaningful goals and life direction

  • improving mindset and self-awareness

  • building confidence and motivation

  • navigating transitions and uncertainty

  • strengthening relationships and communication

  • reducing overwhelm and increasing clarity

  • creating healthier habits, structure, and routines

  • aligning daily life with long-term values and purpose

I believe people function best when they better understand themselves — how they think, respond, relate, and operate under stress. Greater awareness creates greater choice, and greater choice creates the possibility for lasting change.

My coaching style is direct, supportive, grounded, and relational. I aim to create a space where clients feel encouraged, challenged, and empowered to move forward with intention rather than remaining stuck in old patterns or uncertainty.

Sessions are 50–60 minutes long and priced at $150 per session. For clients seeking more consistent support, I also offer a monthly coaching package of $500 for four sessions per month. Coaching is flexible and month-to-month, meaning you can continue, pause, or stop at any time based on your needs.

Or Therapy…

I believe healing begins with being human.

Therapy is not about “fixing” who you are — it’s about understanding yourself more deeply, with compassion, honesty, and curiosity. When people begin to understand their emotional patterns, nervous systems, relationships, and the ways their minds have adapted to life experiences, meaningful change becomes possible.

My approach to therapy is insight-oriented, trauma-informed, psychodynamic, integrative, and holistic. I work eclectically, meaning I draw from multiple therapeutic modalities depending on each client’s needs, goals, personality, and life experiences. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all method, I tailor therapy to support the whole person.

Together, we may explore:

  • patterns in relationships and attachment

  • emotional experiences and coping strategies

  • the impact of trauma and life experiences

  • nervous system responses and brain functioning

  • identity, self-worth, and meaning

  • barriers to connection, growth, and fulfillment

I believe that increasing self-awareness creates the foundation for change. The more we understand how we think, feel, react, and protect ourselves, the more capacity we have to respond to life intentionally rather than automatically.

Therapy with me is collaborative, relational, and grounded in authenticity. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe enough to be fully human — not judged, rushed, or reduced to a diagnosis.

Sessions are 50 minutes and are typically held weekly, though frequency can shift depending on your needs, goals, and season of life.

Sessions are 50-60 minutes long priced at $150 a session and must be in California. I can absolutely provide super-bills to reimburse for expenses with your network if you prefer if applicable. Always call your insurance first to make sure that they will allow for you to claim Out-Of-Network reimbursements. Choosing a private-pay model allows therapy to remain more personalized, flexible, and focused on your individual needs rather than insurance requirements. Working outside of insurance also helps protect your privacy and allows treatment to evolve naturally without the limitations of mandated diagnoses, session restrictions, or medical necessity requirements.
