About Me
I built my practice on my belief that healing starts with being human. Over the years, I have witnessed how people grow, heal, and evolve when they develop a deeper understanding of themselves, their experiences, and the patterns that shape their lives. I do not view life as a problem to be fixed, but as a process to be understood and lived more intentionally. While we are naturally wired for survival, we also have the capacity to move beyond surviving and into thriving.
I have several years of experience working with diverse populations and organizations, and throughout my career one truth has remained consistent: people want to be seen, heard, and understood. This understanding has shaped my eclectic and integrative approach to therapy, allowing me to meet each client where they are and tailor the therapeutic process to their unique needs, experiences, and goals.
In addition to my work as a therapist, I am also an athlete and practice Muay Thai kickboxing. My experience as a martial artist has deepened my belief in a holistic approach to healing that includes the mind, body, and overall human experience. I believe emotional well-being cannot be understood through the mind alone, and that meaningful healing often involves reconnecting with the body, developing self-awareness, and strengthening the relationship we have with ourselves as a whole.
