    I specialize in helping individuals and couples navigate anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, disconnected in your relationships, or simply exhausted from trying to hold everything together, therapy can provide a space to slow down, gain clarity, and create meaningful change.

    My approach to therapy is eclectic, deeply personalized, and results-oriented. I believe therapy should feel human — not clinical, scripted, or one-size-fits-all. Every person comes in with different experiences, patterns, and needs, which is why I tailor the therapeutic process to fit you rather than forcing you into a specific approach.

    I don’t believe in Band-Aid solutions or surface-level conversations that temporarily relieve symptoms without addressing the deeper patterns underneath. Lasting change comes from understanding yourself more fully, identifying what’s keeping you stuck, and learning new ways to navigate life, relationships, and emotions with greater awareness and confidence.

    I create a space where clients feel genuinely supported, understood, and challenged when needed. My style is warm, compassionate, and grounded, while also being direct and honest in ways that help foster real growth.
